CEO very expensive

Wells Fargo & Co., the fourth largest bank in terms of assets in the United States (U.S.), chief executive pays John Stumpf valued 21.3 million U.S. dollars, or approximately USD 200 billion during 2009.

Referring to data reported to the regulator, the salary package and a variety of bonuses make the job as the CEO Stumpf expensive in U.S. banks. Stumpf earned money including salary worth U.S. $ 5.6 million in cash and stock. In addition, there are bonus shares worth more than 13 million U.S. dollars.

Other banks have not reported similar details to the U.S. capital market regulator, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

However, Goldman Sachs Group last month declared, CEO of Lloyd Blankfein will receive a stock bonus worth U.S. $ 9 million. The JPMorgan Chase & Co., the second largest bank in the U.S., will provide bonus shares approximately U.S. $ 16 millions in CEO Jamie Dimon. However, it seems Dimon salaries are still under Stumpf.
