Indonesia became the largest foreign property buyers in Singapore in the last five years. In fact, Indonesia is estimated to control about 25 percent of foreign property purchases such as apartments and condominiums in Singapore.

This was conveyed by Head of Special Projects in the launch of HSR Dennis Yong Treasure on Balmoral at Four Season Hotel, Friday (21/05/2010). He said that, compared to China, India, and Malaysia, an Indonesian citizen to invest more in Singapore.

Meanwhile, CEO Alfred Vibizconsulting Pakasi say, the benefits of investing in Singapore is that there is certainty and stability increase in investment.

"An estimated investment per year will increase sebesai 10 to 20 percent. This is what causes people to Indonesia to invest there. It is safe, certain, and profitable," said Alfred.

Regarding the weakness of Indonesian property, Alfred assess that more people own a home than an apartment. "Singapore's small farm. Thus, foreigners can only have an apartment.
